Please review the table below for our delivery services and charges. Choose the option that best suits you during checkout. UK packages are dispatched via Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD. International packages are sent via DHL Express and DPD.
Order Processing
- Orders are picked and packed Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the following working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm UK time will be processed on the next working day.

Duties and Taxes
If any import duties or taxes apply in the destination country, Privio will cover these costs upfront. However, the full amount will be added to the customer’s final invoice and charged accordingly.
